A network operations center (NOC) is a central location from which network administrators manage, control and monitor one or more networks. The overall function is to maintain optimal network operations across a variety of platforms, mediums and communications channels.

Certified engineers monitor our customers’ services and the status of not only the NexxCom network, but also performance across the network. When an engineer observes an issue, customers are proactively notified to explain the issue and how it’s being addressed.

Our NOC Service Desk is the single point of contact for clients and their customers. Engineers monitor events, deploy resources and quickly resolve incidents. Located in London and San Diego, NOC support is available 24 x 7.
